  • How do I book a room for my meeting?

    Select the menu item "Book a Meeting Room".


    Have a look at all our rooms and select the one that best suits your need.


    You will be shown the booking profile for today, where you see where the room availability. 


    You can move to other days using the navigation tools at the top left of the window. If you wish to see a number of rooms at the same time please used the drop down menu to the top right of the window.


    Select the times you wish to book and click "Book". You will then be asked to confirm the details of the meeting, your contact details and your payent details.


    If it it more convenient to receive an invoice at the end of each month let us know. We can arrange that too.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open from 8.45am - 6.00pm on weekdays. We are happy to open in the evenings and on Saturdays by arrangement - please call us.


    We are not open on Sundays


  • What meetings can I host with you?

    Short answer .. allsorts


    We host 1 on 1 meetings for the range of service that requires a calm, quiet and supportive environment


    We can host business meetings for 3-12 people


    Our largest room can be set up boardroom or theatre style


    We also can give you the whole place for your team meetings or network events

  • Is there access for those with a disability?

    Meet by the Park is really pleased to offer both facilities and an enviroment for everyone.


    Our clients choose to work with us because they know that is a vital basis for service provision.


    For those who are in a wheelchair you can access our meeting rooms from the pavement via a ramp down to the door.


    Our meeting rooms can be easily configured to support your needs


    There is an accessible toilet


    For parking there are two options really close by, at St.Peter Car Park there is parking for those with a blue badge on the outdoor ground level just next to Bedford Street, also there is one space about 20m from our front door near Pizza Express


    Please do call us for advice and help, we are really keen to ensure you are confident in our facilities and all arrangements required for a good meeting

  • Is this a good place for a meeting for a national team?

    Oh yes - Leamington Spa is a great place to bring your team. We are centreally located in the country and easily accessible by train (5 min walk to the station) and car (1 min walk to car park).


    There are loads of cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels just round the corner as we are in central Leamington.

  • Whats the best way to arrive?

    Transport links to the office are excellent.


    The train station is a 5-6 minute walk. Bikes can be locked just outside.


    For drivers you have the choice of on-street parking for upto 2 hours, you can pay via the RingGo app [Dormer Place is location 17828]


    St Peter's Car Park is very close, payment is by machine.


    Car's can be parked in various places outside of the town centre and you may have to walk 7-10 minutes to arrive - good for the wallet and the step count.

  • Can I come and look around?

    Yes of course, our offices are open during the day, and there is always someone around to help


    Its great for preparation to look at the place, most people give us a 'wow' reaction to the space we have created

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    When you use the system for the first time online you will be required to confirm your booking via a credit card.


    If you want to become a regular user then a membership scheme is available and you will be able to pay by invoice.


    If this is not suitable for your needs please call our office so we can discuss how to proceed.

  • Whats the refund and cancellation policy?

    Bookings made on line with a credit card secure the room.


    If you need to make changes to your booking then you may do so up to 24-hours before your appointment.




  • Are there bike racks?

    There are places to park and lock up your bike, when you arrive to check with us where you have left your back so that access to our ramp is not impeded.


  • What drinks are available?

    Included in the rate of your booking is tea, coffee and water.


    Our coffee is bean to cup from Monsoon. There are a range of tea's and de-caff options.


    Our fridge is stocked with soft drinks also which you pay £1 for into our honesty box (green pig).

  • I've notice you have lots of items of art .. why?

    The art we display gives opportunity for our clients to admire and enjoy a range of prints, materials and pottery.


    The art we display conveys a sense of calm, the colours and materials blend with our position by the park.


    Art is good for us, we have found some artists we love and want to share with you.

  • Can I run a networking event at Meet by the Park?

    Yes, And we might be able to do it for free!


    Its always a pleasure to have larger groups, we can cater for around 30 people who want to mingle and chat.


    We can sit down 20 people into a theatre style setting too.


    Call us and we can chat about your timing and plans.

  • I notice some sports equipment is available, what's that about?

    We are 'old school'. Literally! 


    We remember that playtime was not just social time, or downtime for teachers but that it was a vital part of a 'day of learning'. Without playtime our lessons would become dry and dull. 


    So we make available equipment for you to spend time on the park. Its just good fun.

  • Do you do special rates for charities?

    We are happy, and able, to host trustee meetings or off-site workshops.


    For regular users we will offer a discount to support you, though this will depend on availability.
