We are an exceptional serviced meeting room facility for professionals & businesses in Leamington Spa offering a great opportunity to enhance your working environment.
Overlooking the Pump Room Gardens, we provide a number of different styled rooms to match the service character of your business.
Our approach is more than just meetings. We encourage our clients to use the fresh air to keep heads clear and focused. Most people will respond positively to movement and fresh air, especially when you've been in meeting mode for 60 minutes or more.
Quality Service
We have worked very hard to ensure that we are providing fantastic quality within every one of our rooms. Our selection of design allows the rooms to be tailored for different purposes, suiting the needs for many professions.
We have 10 meeting rooms, 2 serviced offices, 2 telephone booths for confidential calls and can use our space to provide 25 co-working / hot desks.
Our rooms are equipped with large TV monitors, fast wifi, white boards and we have flips charts available. We have various tech items for your use:

- Pod-cast recording equipment - just bring your laptop,
- Lighting for your video conference
- Phone stands
