end of the tunnel (Jun 20)

Team Agile or Team Dynamic

As we prepare to exit 'lockdown' we will begin to discover the new normal, if you think nothing is going to change - then think again!
As we complete 100 days of lock down the optimism felt at the beginning of the new decade just 6 -months ago has all but evaporated. Our jobs, businesses and careers are up it the air. The key-workers carry a huge burden and load, the rest of us look on in awe.

There is change coming, but even the most practical and pragmatic person has to play a watching game until we emerge from the end of this indeterminably long tunnel..

So what can we do right now? If you are thinking about starting your own business, or are looking at ways to reform your existing business then being part of a pragmatic business focused community could be the real boost you need.

Agile or Dynamic

In this video Ian introduces #teamdynamic and #teamagile > we need to get together so we can move forward strongly

We are seeking to bring together like minded people to share in the challenges that trying to thrive brings. And finally, we bring expertise, its not a ‘know it all’ sort of expertise, rather it’s a 'we will find the answer' quickly and without fuss.

So that’s us, we offer you an environment, a community and some know-how. Together we can get through this, together we can rise to challenge of 2020 and make those plans which by which we can make our grand ambition for the future more realistic.

How much does this cost? – Well at this stage nothing. We have been generously helped out with a grant by the Warwick District Council, our desire is to invest our time for the good of the local community of business people.

If you want to start a business we can help write your initial 2-page business plan, register your business name, reserve domain names, get emails working, open a bank account and take up an 01926 phone number all for less than £100. We might even be able to do that for free. Our virtual and physical coworking events will begin soon and for sure you can expect them to be free until your get into revenue or by the end of September.

In the video above Ian talks about the 6 questions anyone considering starting their own business should ask.
